• EtchON FLE402D, is the Table-top type fiber laser marking machine with 20W Laser source (ARCIS, Raycus or JPT) and power can be upgraded to 30W and 50W as per the requirement.
• Precise scanning system- High speed scanning system has been used in the system to get the speedy and precise results in marking.
• The laser head is sealed so as to prevent the optical chamber from Contamination and the controller along with mainboard is inbuilt in the bed only
• Precision Field Mirror Stable Performance: Good light perception, good beam quality, improve the edge of the light beam incident on the detectors ability.
• High service life of upto 10 years of the laser source making it more reliable and energy saving, over 100,000 hours of reliable, maintenance-free performance
• Professional Laser marking software with a user-friendly interface and the controls that allows the connection to multiple laser systems with One Computer or with an option of standalone system that is with inbuilt processor, need to attach screen, keyboard and mouse (which will be at customer scope)
• The front panel control module includes the system switch, computer on/off push button, function indicators, main power control MCB.
• Regular Switches and Connectors are used.
• Column with Manual up and down up to 500mm where 300 mm is workable travel.
• Adopt air cooling method,without any consumables. Built-in air-cooling system.
